Each cycle of our program consists of individual meetings with our founder and group meetings with fellow Strangers to find our unique ways to apply our values to our practice.

Guided Self-Reflection
Guided Self-Reflection
We start with one-on-one meetings with our founder to define your values and craft a plan to apply your values to your practice. This guided self-reflection framework will accommodate the nuances and strengths of your values as we keep our focus on your goals.

Supported by Strangers
Supported by Strangers
Once we've defined (and refined) your values, we move into a collaborative space to share our values, leaning into the diverse support of Strangers. In this space, we learn from each other to build your foundation of meaningful connections and to continue to inform your practice.

The final stage is to hand the stage over to you. With an audience looking to be inspired, we encourage you to intentionally share your values in the form of a short story, one that is special to you and will mark a milestone in your journey of living your values.

about the founder
I'm a designer, a teacher, a drummer, a person.
My own design practice has evolved (and continues to evolve) into the strange process that it is today. I love the nuances of my practice because they're so weirdly unique to me, and over time, I started to see the beauty of the weird nuances in other designers' practices too.
We don't usually get to take advantage of our own uniqueness to inform our design decisions in professional settings. I'd like to change that. I believe that, if given that opportunity, our work can expand beyond what we thought was possible, naturally creating more of the connections that are important to us.

My name is Ruzanna. It means calmness.
